Schussentäler club has replied to Annemarie clubDie Holunderblüten mehrmals ins kalte Wasser tauchen, solange, bis sie sauber sind! Auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.
Aus Mehl, Milch, Eier und Salz einen dicklichen Pfannkuchenteig herstellen!
Die abgetropften Holunderblüten durch den dicklichen Teig ziehen und im 180 Grad heißem Fett schwimmend ausbacken!
Danach auf Küchenpapier vom überschüssigem Fett befreien und mit dem Zucker-Zimt Gemisch großzügig bestreuen!
