The Last Time ...

The Last Time ...
Thought I'd upload a shot of Lily, my old Scirocco to celebrate the fact that, as of yesterday, she's now officially back on the road for the summer season.

This shot wasn't taken this year though, instead it was one of a series I did when she was last out back in September 2014 prior to going off the road for the winter.

Glad you like it Paul. This is actually my second one, I had the first one for best part of 20 years and would still have it were it not for a break in at my workshop, but that's a story for another day perhaps! ;)

Thanks for the kind comments and the star Doug! :)

She certainly is a good example and as such has tended to be a summer car. However, this last couple of years I've not been able to afford to put her on the road and so she's been parked up. Be nice to think I could rectify that this year, but it's looking unlikely! :(
