Paul, you are way older than my daughter (she is 17) and going for knee surgery next week.... she is 17 did I say that already? I can't imagine how bad her knee will be once she hits the 'magic' 50 year when shite really starts to fall apart, well maybe that was 40... when I started to fall apart.

Really feel for her Wendi ... shouldn't have that kind of trouble at that age. Mine's started to give me problems in my late Thirties ... too many 10k road races! :(
