Some do at certain shows, but more often those that are on for two or more days. The ones I tend to go to are, on the whole at least, just on for one day - usually a Sunday.

Camping facilities here are rarely at the same location as the car show. They camp at Norwalk, Ohio, but that's about the only show I've been to where they are on the same property.
