1951 Rover P4 75 "Cyclops" - CEB 77

1951 Rover P4 75 "Cyclops" - CEB 77
Well it was obviously a Rover, but I'd not seen one quite like this before so I had to do some checking.

Turns out it's a P4 75 known universally as the Cyclops because of the central lamp, a styling cue left over from the beloved postwar Rover P2 models.
