Thursday, november 8th in Sundern (Hochsauerland-Kreis), Hotel Sunderland, Room 402.
I was so tired after this long day that i couldnt think straight and all the english words just didn't come to my mind. sorry for that but most important for me.. i made it, and i think i did well. :)

very stressful and exhausting but i learned a lot and was rated quite good. ( about competence for a possible leader position, higher level project manager and/or specialist, something like that... )

thank you sara, but you know, being shy, reservecd, sensitive and too emotional is not what they want (team-) leaders to be. :) but i seemed to have had a lot of other skills it needs. ;) we'll see, i will get some more detailed written rating in a few weeks and let y'all know.

ja die schriftlichen ergebnisse bekomme ich in ein paar wochen, dann nochmal gespräche mit personal, chef und weitere maßnahmen/förderungen. ich halte euch auf dem laufenden. das war super anstrengend für mich aber auch interessant.
