I am not a Webdesigner or so, but sometimes I need to build some stupid frontends for my Perl scripts... anyhow... for these kind of jobs I always use vim because it's the most efficient editor I've ever worked with. Eclipse with Perl Plugin is nice as well, but much to bloated for my needs.
But to make it short- these are all non-WYSIWYG editors, so I bet that's not what you are looking for, is it?

dreamweaver has almost all of them but it has way too many other things that are disturbing .

I'd still suggest BBEdit - most flexible, no GUI, yet supporting lots of scripting and markup languages and offering really helpful functions in terms of code.
P.S.: There used to be a cheaper, if not free at all, stripped down version called "TextWrangler" - but not sure, whether it's still around.
