my favorite i think, not because of the design but because of the export features.

- up to 22khz (sounds good to me, although iTalk goes up to 44)

export via email is very nicely done with adressbook portrait pictures etc...
you can save 4 default recipients and a default sender address....
another way to get the saved audio files is to connect to the iphone via WiFi, the app tells you a URL that you can go to in your browser and download the audio files directly. No extra tools needed to install on your computer... great!
