#018: When frosted hope corrodes the joy you grew

Day 18 / 365:
What you see is a shot of a series I did yesterday when experimenting with some harder contrast*.

I have some great trouble with my PC (motherboard crash) and i could rescue some pics and thought this might be a good contribution for the 365days pool, since it shows how i feel today.

Split up.

The left side of the picture ( my right half of the face ) looks a bit like an "corrosion", don't you think? A bit half zombie, half alive. Now, this suits me.
You can see my hand with the cam here also. The corrosion is the reflection of a curtain. I am looking through a frosted glass door of my closet.

No Photoshop here, only a bit tuning with Picasa. See the original image.

Here's another one from the series, which i like better except for the cam reflection which is IN my face.

* which i am trying to adapt from franz , wim, totte and blacklove whose b/w images i really love.
