A cette époque, les lettres étaient encore écrites à la main, qui survivent à l'épreuve du temps - aujourd'hui, avec les e-mails et whats app, tout devient très vite transitoire.

...mais la lettre écrite à la main peut être diffusé par les medias actuels...

How intriguing I wonder what stories lie behind that little note or should that be love letter, quite flamboyant handwriting.
It's a bit like old photos I have photos that I have no idea who they are I would guess relatives but there is no one who would know, which is a shame because they are from a time when photos were special

You feel the same way about the photos as I do. Since my mother and my paternal aunt passed away, I can no longer ask anyone who is in the photos

I found it in an old a book in antiquariat

Das kann man noch gut lesen, aNNa! Die Sütterlin-Handschrift meines Vaters zu lesen, ist dagegen eine Herausforderung: e, n, m, alles nur ein Strich. Kommen die Buchstaben hintereinander vor, eventuell mit einem i dazwischen, dann ein längerer Strich mit einem Punkt darüber.

Ich denke dieser Brief kommt eher der Kurrentschrift nahe
