No, I wear usual lenses, but I put them away for photo as well, any lenses don't look nice on an eye macro ;-)

I have green eyes... but you should have a good monitor to see it. On some monitors it's hard to see real colours, especially on labtops. And I have normal pupils, it's just seems to be off of centre because of angle of the camera.
