Crucified King

Crucified King
The change in me has made me see what I used to be,
Thinking the end of the beginning was the start of events made clearly.

Choking lies. Repeating wits. What do you mean hold on?

I want to hang out my chin to dry. So when I get the chance, will you let me know? Did you put all this in my head; will I wake from this vivid delusion?

Will you make it right, you say sit tight, but can you make it right. If not you, then who can, make it right.
They say one love; forefront disasters take hold on my attention. Is it too late to carry you?

Who’s playing Jesus again? I hear you say. Will we kill him again I wonder, when the crucified king returns to us, will he have permission to land his spaceship? I can see it now; he’s walking through customs waiting on his luggage. Security thinks he’s a terrorist. What do we think? Do I? Without making me try? I could have made that cholce.
