Albania, Vlorë, The Path to the Entrance to the Castle of Kaninë
Kanina (Albanian Kalaja e Kaninës) is a medieval fortress in the south-west of Albania, not far from Vlorë.
The fortress was laid on the slope of Mount Shushices before the 15th century and was destroyed under the onslaught of the Turks in 17th century.
