Membracidae - Body Length: 6mm.

These small, highly specialised shape, Treehoppers came to our moth trap a number of times during our stay at Gamboa.

Hi Maria. Yes they were strange insects, and quite small, about 5mm head to tail. I had a number in our Light Trap, but in the heat, they didn't last very long. Not a very good picture as it was pushing the iPad hard at this sort of magnification. I may be able to produce a better image when I get home.
