Whenever there's a mixture of what looks like American and English things in a photos (this one being mostly American except for the house in the background) it usually ends up being Canadian.
What do you think?

Thanks for the replies, Angelica and Alan...interesting. And I agree, Angelica, having looked at a LOT of photos over the years - plus coming to the US from England - I often twig to the fact of a picture being not American fairly quickly. When I see elements of both cultures evident, it often turns out to be Canadian - although sometimes Australian, or from New Zealand - or occasionally European. I don't think I've consciously considered the other markers you mentioned, but maybe on some level I'm thinking of those, too.
I'm still not sure of this one.
Alan, love your other axe photo. Someone quoted that on another one of my photos (can't remember which one right now) and my husband pointed out that it was a Pink Floyd song, so he would have caught your joke. : )
