Die Bücher gehören unter das Kopfkissen, dann behält man den Inhalt besser.
Wir hatten früher auch die Schulbücher mit zum Schlafen genommen, klappte sogar - manchmal.

Ich habe immer einen Stapel neben dem Bett (früher über meinem Bett, aber da sind sie mir häufiger im Schlaf auf den Kopf gefallen, weil ich so "aktiv" träume).
