Can you please tell me Dimas does the artist have to submit detail plans of what he wants to paint and get permission from the property owners and the local councillors?

These works and others previously displayed were achieved in this decade, within the street art yearly festival Walk & Talk, in the Azores. It's an official event that provides spaces for the interventions of street artists, either with the agreement of private owners or in specific public spaces. It's probable that plans are submitted to the organization, but not too detailed. Such events are meant to promote the region and attract visitors.
