Some very good artwork here and well shown. Can you please tell me what it’s all about? Is it painted on the walls of a derelict building and are the artistes commissioned to do it? Is it free to go in? Sorry for all the questions I’m just interested.

The space of the old factory is walled and comprises a whole quarter. The factory, where once the industrial production took place, was demolished. The administrative building still stands and houses a bar, a book-shop, exhibitions about art, science, literature, oriental dancing school, a space for kids, handicraft, etc. The outdoor space inside wall is used for occasional markets and street artists were commissioned for their interventions - on the inside wall, on the outside wall, and even inside the building. The access gate is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 2 am, on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 pm to 4 am and on Sundays from 3 pm to midnight. It closes on Mondays and Tuesdays.
