Maybe here I can ask you to remind me of your recipe of pasta with garlic, taht you once put on my site, since I can't find your comment anymore. It was olive oil, garlic, wine?, pepper flakes? Parmesano. Heeelp! I made a pasta based on that, with a bunch of small native blackberries and it was delicious, but for balance I added a little cream. I am collaborating with an NGO on wild fruits. My part is the gourmet ;)
