I enjoy this part of the UK as well Roy for the scenery, we stop at the cottage every year and will be in that area again later in September for the autumn colour... we never been when there is snow on the hill tops so that's another time I may take a drive up there

I used to be able to see Snowdon on a clear day from my office window before we moved buildings in 2004. Often saw it covered in snow. Just need to beware of the snow dropping to lower levels!
