Wide-angle Wildlife

Wide-angle Wildlife
This pair of herring gulls at Whitby were so brazen that I was able to photograph them with a 16-35mm lens with the camera at minimum focus distance. The result is a (to me) weird mixture of wildlife and landscape! Their strategy was to stand guard on a litter bin ready to mug any human stupid enough to try and put something edible into it!

St. Mary's Church, Whitby Abbey and the famous steps can be seen in the background.
