Luftwaffe soldiers' "Swing Group" - World War II

Famous throughout all of Occupied Europe, the "Käfers" toured both Fronts performing to fellow Luftwaffe soldiers. They specialised in "hot" arrangements of Belgian folksongs and officially approved Swing Musik. Several recordings were made but alas these perished in the vaults of the recording studio in Dresden one night in February 1945.
