Mr. DouglasUrantia, I mean no disrespect, but in my dictionary ("Chambers Dictionary", 9th edition, 2003), a "gourmand" receives this definition:-

"a person who eats greedily; a glutton; a lover of good fare".

Am I correct in assuming that you are of course implying the third part?
