Building an Interocitor - Sci-fi Series

Building an Interocitor - Sci-fi Series
Inspired by "This Island Earth."

OM2 - Zuiko 80mm f4 macro w/ auto bellows, f/16-1/4th, HP5+ (N-2), Rodinal 1+100, stand 1 Hr, Slavich Unibrom 160, g2

I wanted to base this set of toys on science fiction movies from the 50's & 60's. (B&W films. If they're in colour I turn it off). I wanted to develop a series that was less dependent on a script like the Film Noir Series, that would give me added freedom for manipulation. Each image is independent of the other images. At least, up to this point, they are. Because this set is built around the morning light coming through the studio skylights I am restricted to certain times of the year for shooting and in the morning light. I tested for 6 weeks until I came up with the right film/dev/paper and light combo to get the feel to match my vision for this. I do hope you like it and thanks so much for stopping by. :)

(For those interested, this is an oscilloscope torn apart for props)
