Ein kleiner eigener Zuchterfolg macht Spaß... (im Wintergarten)
Chili Anaheim aus Samenkörner gezogen, von der Blüte bis zur ersten kleinen Frucht. Bild 4 zeigt, wie das Ergebnis evtl. Mal aussehen könnte.
Mittelgroße schlank wachsende Pflanze, wird ca 80 cm hoch; Früchte etwa 15 cm lang und 4 cm breit und spitz zulaufend mit dickem Fruchtfleisch und ausgezeichnetem Geschmack.
Kann sowohl grün, wie bei uns bekannte Gemüsepaprika, wie auch rot verwendet werden.
Gut geeignet zum Füllen oder für Soßen und Eintöpfe.
Gemahlene rote Früchte sind als 'Chili Colorado' bekannt.
