Herzlichen Dank, Erika! An der Stelle war das Eis wohl schon länger weg und dann siedelt sich das an. Bei Kontinentalklima wird's im Sommer recht warm und solange im Winter Schnee fällt, überleben die, die sind angepasst. Der Klimawandel zeigt sich eher am Abschmelzen der Gletscher und fehlendem Seeeis im WInter.

Some might have used a small aperture to get everything in focus, but I really like that you didn't do that here. It brings it into a personal space and makes me feel the magnitude of the glacier even more.

Schönen Dank, Volker! In Kangerlussuaq (eigentlich nur ein Flughafen) gibt es einen Touranbieter, der die Holperpiste bis zum Inlandseis fährt, man kann da über die Moräne sogar direkt auf's Eis. Das hier ist ein Auslassgletscher, an den man nicht direkt rankommt, der kalbt öfters, es wäre gefährlich.
