Yes, they do. I read in National Geographic a few years ago that vultures in India and the Himalayan region are dying out, for some reason. It's causing even more sanitary problems than usual due to carcasses lying around where they aren't wanted.

It's a massive man-made problem. Vultures are being poisoned everywhere, by eating animals that have been poisoned as pests, by eating cattle that has been treated with diclofenac...
