versailles : la belle au jardin dormant

Love the way in which the distant beauty gazes back ... framed by the sleeping beauty ... a shepherdess, perhaps ... the dark, roiling clouds add to a surreal atmosphere in this stone figure-scape. Beautiful.

When I was last at Versailles, my camera battery ran out after one shot!!! I was desolated.
