Toadflax Brocade (Calophasia lunula).

Toadflax Brocade (Calophasia lunula).
The first rarity I've had to my trap - an RDB3 species! My friend Wayne who runs a trap regularly in his garden about 3 miles from me has trapped one a year for the past 3 years but this is my first. One suspects they must be breeding locally to be caught so regularly!? I have a lot of Purple Toadflax in my garden but no Common Toadflax. Also not seen any larvae [but not really looked before - I will now!!]. Liden, Swindon, Wiltshire, UK. 2014-07-30.
