Tiny caterpillar

Tiny caterpillar
One of dozens on the kitchen window. No idea where they came from , or what species they are. Very early instars so don't even know what to feed them! Very imprseeive haircuts though, but as they are so small (3mm body length) they were blowing away at the slightest breath of wind, just like dandelion seeds.

Looks like a newly hatched Pale Tussock moth larva, wonderful shot.
