This is a nice find--looks like they've got the street lighting on glass running next to a 2.4kV delta primary. Is Pratt served by a municipal utility?

Yes A. R. it is a municipal utility, as is Larned and several other cities. It's surprising how much series there is around Kansas.

Flandreau, SD is another town that I found had series, but they are well into the process of converting from overhead 2400 to underground 12.5kV.
