That was at a sales booth for chinese souvenirs at Würzburg main station - they sold also other things, more related with chinese culture there.

Although, this colourful and crazy design is in a way typical for modern Eastern Asia, in my eyes :-) - especially in Japan, but also in other countries (China, Korea...) of your world region...
