There's something special about this architecture, notice the three doors? The ones left and right lead directly to the ground (first) floor flats, spanning two windows like one seen to the left and right, couldn't imagine they have more than 10 - 12qm². The middle door is the entrance to the staircase, leading to the first (second) floor, the attic and cellar, so what appears to be three different entrances is indeed one house, hosting eight flats -- at least. Consider each flat or better room to be crammed with 8 to 12 persons.
