New cheese at my favourite Deli...Blue Murder from Highland Fine Cheeses created at Tain, near Inverness, nice and creamy....Can't wait to try their other cheeses - MINGER - super smelly! FAT COW - Scottish Emmenthal!!! and Highland Brie....watch out France!

The little town of New Mills is a post industrial community in the High Peak area of Derbyshire. Two rivers( Goyt & Sett ), two railways and a canal converge here. Once famous for coal mining, cotton bleaching and fabric printing...today New Mills is famous for Love Hearts ( www.swizzels.com ) and Torrs Hydro - a micro hydro electric scheme.

Closed when I visited....only a few American tourists around...thought I was Slovakian, because of my Northern English accent!!!!
Why is it so blue? Why is it more popular than the Cathedral? What's it like inside? Etc etc etc.....
