Details of the Syon Cope (English, c. 1300-20), Victoria and Albert Museum, London, 21 July 2013. From the wall text:

This celebrated embroidery was originally a chasuble, to be worn by a priest conducting the Mass. Later it was adapted for use as a cope. Each compartment contains a different saint, each recognisable by the attributes they hold.
