for "Alexander Wagner"...I'm sure you remeber these when you walked through Southbank......they are still here...but a lot has changed and is changing...what hasn't changed is...everything is still free of charge and still open 24/7
I actually remember the mosaics, but only vague, since I preferred to speed down with inliners on my way from the mater hospital to the city (or pool ;-) )
