I like the eye - that catchlight really works and makes this more than a snap. The lighting helps to bring out the details of the fur - especially round the neck. The horns too are great. I like the 'cover' of the foreground grass, this brings context and realism. What is somewhat off-putting, In My Opinion, are the branches coming in on right and left. For me, a tighter, square crop would help to settle the eye on the main elements of this beautiful beast.

A magnificent animal and beautifully photographed. IMO the animal is well shown in its natural environment and the photo is crisp and sharp and shows the animal off to the best advantage. This is a good example of wildlife photography that is as it should be.
