I didn't know Norway has so many (good looking) classics. I always thought having/driving a car in Norway is extremely expensive.

There are quite a few classics here indeed. It is very expensive to own modern conventional cars (EVs are excempt from the taxes). Cars older than 30 years however are excempt from any taxes other than vat when importing them and have a reduced annual ownership fee so it is quite reasonable to own a old car here. While that is said it still expensive to use them due to high petrol prices, high usage of toll schemes, high parking fees etc.

Hmmm.... a car-unfriendly nation then.... but: with a beautiful landscape, so, perhaps it is needed to keep cars from that, to keep the country so good looking....
