The date is the 4th January 1970 and at Sheffield Victoria station we see EM1 Bo-Bo No 26056 TRITON prepairing to depart with 1M26 the 2215 to Manchester Piccadilly. This was the last westbound electric hauled passenger train over Britain's first all electric main line the Woodhead route.

Thanks Steve hand held at a very slow shutter speed, not totally sharp but near enough given the historic occasion, I must have had a much steadier hand in those days.
