Does anyone know this plant?
It's a largish shrubby bush thing, with 'fluffy' cream flowers in June and July. The flowers grow on tall stalks above the main bush. Two photos here to show the flowers and the foliage. Do tell if you know what it is :)

For some reason my granny used to call it spiraea, which is a different plant altogether.

I have admired it in a nearby garden for a few years, but never seen the owners to ask what it is. ipernity is great for getting things identified (although just occasionally I get conflicting answers).
