We had stayed in the "Hôtel de Bordeaux" already a couple of times. The restaurant run by Cornelia Mueller is one of the best in the region. We have always appreciated the dishes, created by the chef Bruno Foucher.

Not only the performance of "Le Tigre des Platanes" was extraordinary, the food served at the "Boulevard du Jazz 2015" in Melle was a delicious surprise as well. Unfortunately I was too tired for the second concert that night, that began at 10pm. At that time I was already fast asleep. The evenings can be short, when walking longer distances..
