Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille - Junkyard Crew
Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille is known by musicians as this is the place of the "Festival du Monastier" (aka "Festival de Cuivres"), a great meeting centered around "brass". 40 concerts - in 7 days!!
I had found "Junkyard Crew" somewhere in the web and was fascinated by the unique, very minimalistic sound.
Manouche Fournier (guit) and Jean Crozat (sousa) claim, that Junkyard Crew is a "two-men-trio", as they not only play guitare and sousaphone, but as well drums and percussion. They call this music "blues bricolo" or "hip-hop agricole".
