Creully - Saint-Martin

Saint Martin is probably as old as the nearby château (see previous upload), dating back to the 11th/12th century. It took probably a century to complete such a large building. Restoration was carried out, particularly to the tower, in the late 19th century. Many of the corbels, flanking the nave, and maybe the tympanum (Saint Martin sharing his coat) were produced during that restauration.
