Autumn scenery 

This is November - "verhangen" - Ik kan niet het passende nederlandse woort in mijn woordenboek vinden. "Overcast" in English - a word that does not really translate "verhangen".
Anyway: a real November photo. :-)

I've been thinking about what you mean...the word you're looking for might be "trübe"?

The photo "speaks for itself" - it can do without any specific terms. But words can be very subtle when it comes to detect their true meanings- - "Trübe" comes close to it, but it implies a slightly negative meaning, whereas "verhangen" just means the feeling you have when you see the sun being covered by clouds - well, I see, I'd better stop now... (by the way, I've started learning Dutch...)
