City of London Canyon Walls

City of London Canyon Walls
The Shot

Another shot from my last day trip to London early in November. This was taken with a Fisheye lens looking up the side of Lloyds of London on the right. On the left is the Willis Building which has a genuine curved frontage, not all fisheye effect.

The picture was taken handheld with a Sony A700 with a Samyang 8mm fisheye lens at f8.
3 raw images 2EV spacing for HDR. Opened in Photoshop first and each image noise reduced with Noiseware Pro and saved as tiffs.

The HDR was created using Photmatix and additional enhancements in Topaz adjust and adjustment layers in Photoshop. The before and after images on my Blog give a clear illustration of the improvement which is gained from HDR and then the even greater improvement gained from additional editing.

Full details of the processing together with before and after images are on my Blog see Edwin Jones Photography Blog
