Hi Sigrid. :-) Without meaning to sound pedantic, the leaves are on the lower part of this Garlic Mustard plant. Orange Tip larvae usually eat only the seedpods, on which they are so well camouflaged I might add, but I have known them to eat the leaves on the odd occasion. :-) Thanks for commenting. :-)

Hehe Sigrid, but joking aside, the leaves of this plant can be eaten and are often used in salads. I've tried some myself, but I didn't think the garlic taste was particularly strong.
