o0o well ... I thought when I looked at the thumb size ... could be
an egg in a nest ;-) then I thought it could be a feathery sort of
evening gown ... ;-) then I thought you could be laid in the grass
in the dark taking a shot at the moon ... ;-) oOo

and there she sat waiting to hatch
in a nest of bits and thatch
nearly the time to see a line
a fine crack that would define ;-)
would it be female or would it be male
have two eyes and perhaps a tail ;-)
would it chirpy cheep or perhaps just sleep
whilst waiting for food and upkeep ;-)
and then one day it would fly away
with others to feed, bathe and play ;-)
and so like flowers, creatures big & small
they all do have their day
sometimes sadly it ends in dismay
but thats not happening today
as we sit and watch your egg to hatch
get your camera for the moment to catch . . . :)
