I wonder what voltage this is - is it 4.16kV Y? I'm trying to figure out where the neutral would be at.

Nice. If I remember right, the CD 230 was rated for 6600V max. And nice to find one of the U-399 series 'loop' insulators doing its intended job.

Thanks! I know there were three of the loop insulators in service in Bluffton, however, I was to late to shoot one of them. You can still see all three in service on Google street view.
