Calgary office space: reflection

Calgary office space: reflection

The building itself is Fifth Avenue Place (No. 425 1 Street SW), reflecting the TransCanada Tower and the Suncor Energy Centre West Tower.

When crude oil prices were trading at between USD $80 and $140 per barrel prior to the 2008 global financial crisis, Alberta and Calgary was booming and many new office buildings were constructed. Unfortunately, that means that almost 10 years later, Calgary's downtown has lots of empty office space. Worse still, oil prices remain suppressed and several skyscrapers under development will add even more footage to commercial real estate supply in the next several years.

Howdy Keith! Thank you... I like this very much, even if I say so myself. It was the right time and season with the right sun position.
