Golden Corral

Golden Corral
There is a whole story of us eating at Golden Corral. I don't watch very much TV, so I'd never heard of Golden Corral. According to my friends, apparently some TV characters are shown eating at Golden Corral (a chain of buffet restaurants) all the time. When my friends came across this Golden Corral, they truly were excited, and assured me that the buffet is very cheap and quite good.

Cheap? Yes. Good? No comment.

The place is like a zoo.

They are like Ryans. Marie and I took dad to Ryans recently and like GC above.... The salad was good but other entrees left a bit to a lot to be desired. The last time I ate at GC it was ok. Ever eaten at Cracker Barrel? They're usually pretty good. So are Chili's and Chedders. But I have got some crappy meals and service at all of them before. But not the norm.

Nope, Patrick. The American chains that I've eaten before are The Cheesecake Factory, Applebee's and Bob Evans, and of course this Golden Corral. I actually prefer to try independent places, but my friends Don and Rupert prefer inexpensive devils that one knows. Since I rely on them for the car-ride, I generally just let them choose and I just go along : )
